Last Updated: August 3, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the Hyver operating workspace.
Welcome to Hyver. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our SaaS platform, software tools, website, and API databases. By registering an account or deploying a workspace, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
To use our services, you must register a corporate workspace account. You are responsible for ensuring that all registered users in your workspace maintain secure credentials. You must immediately notify Hyver of any unauthorized account access.
Subject to payment of subscription fees, Hyver grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform, run payroll calculations, manage employees in HRMS, schedule tasks in Projects, track deals in CRM, approve timesheets, and review budget records.
Service plans consist of a base monthly platform fee plus a small monthly cost per active seat. Fees are automatically charged to your linked payment method. All invoices are generated on the first of each calendar month. Late payments may result in workspace service suspension.
While Hyver automates federal and state tax filings and processes direct deposit disbursements, you are responsible for keeping sufficient balance in your linked bank accounts to cover all calculations. You must verify employee withholding details, state taxation registrations, and bank routing numbers for accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from inaccurate user payroll submissions, contractor invoice discrepancies, or integration delays. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
